ESULIX, RECOMENDED DOSAGE & MEDICAL GUIDELINE
INDICATIONS
ESULIX is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise program and/or with one or more other medications to treat type 2 diabetes (condition in which the body does not use insulin normally and therefore cannot control the amount of sugar in the blood)
MECHANISMS
ESULIX able to stimulate the cells sensitivity to insulin (a natural substance that helps control blood sugar levels), increase blood glucose usage by cells thus reduce blood sugar level. This clearly reduce the blood sugar level before and after food, insulin and C level, and insulin showed sight of reduce and the level of HbA1c also reduce prominently. It blood glucose reduce effect is similar to synthetic medicines - Thiazolidinediones (TZDs). But the effects are not instantaneous, it may be up to a week or two before a significant improvement in blood glucose levels can be seen.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
ESULIX can be taken before or after meals by combining with or without antidiabetics’ drugs and empty stomach.
Recommended Dosing Schedule
< 8 mmol/L
2 x 2 capsules/day ( 4 capsules); after meal (combination with existing anti-diabetic drug - if any
> 8 mmol/L
2 x 2 x 2 capsules/day (6 capsules); after meal (combination with existing anti-diabetic drug/insulin injection - if any
The recommended dosage is two capsules to be taken three times a day. However, if the patient have high glucose reading (>12mmol/L) combination with antidiabetics drugs, gangrene, amputation or obese, it is advisable to consume ESULIX two capsules, three times a day. Please consult us for further details.
Type 1 diabetes
Type 1 diabetes patient can take ESULIX with insulin injections and have to monitor their glucose regularly. ESULIX should not be regard as substitute of insulin injection.
Overdose
ESULIX should be taken maximum ten capsules daily. In case of overdose, patient should reduce ESULIX dosage. If symptoms persist, please contact doctor.
Prevention
ESULIX extract may be of use to anyone concerned about preventing the development of diabetes, as well as elderly persons who are at high risk for developing diabetes. For this case, patient is advised to take ESULIX two capsules daily or as instructed.
- Shall not be use in pregnant and breast-feeding women.
- Keep out of reah of children.
- Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting is present
Administration
During treatment, patient is advised to monitor their glucose level. Thereafter, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) should be measured at intervals of approximately 3 months. The target goal should be to decrease both fasting plasma glucose and HbA1c levels to normal or near normal by consume ESULIX, either when used as monotherapy or in combination anti diabetic drugs.
Patient should take note that from our studies, positive effects of ESULIX is only visible by blood glucose or HbA1c reading with at least three to six months ESULIX consumption consistently. However, some patients may have positive changes as early as in the first three month. Nevertheless, patient with diabetic symptoms (fatigue, frequent urination, thirsty, hunger and numbness) will noticed changes in early weeks.
SIDE EFFECT
There is no severe side effect recorded. However, in most cases, patient will get frequent defecation at early week’s treatment. This condition is temporary only where detoxify and fat removal process take place. The elimination process is referred as "healing crisis." Please drink lots of water to avoid dehydration.
Others side effects may include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache and droning ears. This is not a complete list of side effects and others may occur. If symptoms appeared, patient is advised to reduce ESULIX dosages. Please consult with us or doctor about any unusual or bothersome side effect.
DRUG INTERACTION
Hypoglycemia does not occur in patients receiving ESULIX alone under usual circumstances of use, but could occur when caloric intake is deficient, when strenuous exercise is not compensated by caloric supplementation, or during concomitant use with other glucose-lowering drugs or injection. Taking ESULIX may require dosage adjustments of other anti-diabetic drugs or injections. Please consult with us or doctor.
PRECAUTIONS
The effectiveness of ESULIX in patients varies over a period of time. ESULIX could interact with conventional; medications taken to reduce blood sugar levels e.g; glicazide, glibenclamide, or daonil and may resulting in hypoglycemia. ESULIX should not be regarded as a substitute for other medications. If people diagnosed with Type I are taking insulin to control their blood sugar, they cannot replace the insulin with ESULIX.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
ESULIX should not be taken by pregnant women or breastfeeding mother.
SUMMARY
ESULIX is herbs formulation and has been studied for more than seven years by combining traditional formula with current bio technology. ESULIX has been tested with thousands of diabetic patient with complete data with supervision by experts since 2009.
ESULIX are used as a supplement to treat type 2 diabetes patients, also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. People with type 2 diabetes are not able to make enough insulin or respond normally to the insulin their bodies make. When this happens, sugar (glucose) builds up in the blood. This can lead to serious medical problems including kidney damage, amputations, and blindness. Diabetes is also closely linked to heart disease. The main goal of ESULIX is to improve cell sensitivity towards insulin and insulin can be used effectively at optimum. Hence, ESULIX also improve insulin resistant.
Diet and exercise can help the body use its blood sugar better. While taking ESULIX, patient is advised to do regular exercise, lose extra weight for obese patient and follow healthy diet advised for diabetic patient. No matter what recommended diabetes management plan is, studies have shown that maintaining good blood sugar control can prevent or delay complications of diabetes, such as blindness.
ESULIX has been shown in research to support healthy glucose metabolism by mediation of insulin release and activity and enhancement of healthy pancreatic function. Initially, patient is advised to take ESULIX combining with antidiabetic drugs at least three to six months consistently. However, if the patient is at early stages of diabetes and never or refused consume antidiabetic drugs; he/she can take ESULIX as monotherapy treatment with exercise and healthy diet. Yet, it may take longer time to see visible result (based on blood glucose or HbA1c reading) depending on patient’s discipline and diet.
